David Vega - Founder, CEO
David Vega has built a career shaped by collaboration with extraordinary people, each contributing to a wealth of experiences that span Fortune 500 turnarounds, executive leadership, and scaling startups to nine-figure exits. A native Texan, David earned his Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
With decades of experience in launching, revitalizing, and growing businesses, David’s approach blends strategic insight with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. His journey is defined by results—and by the belief that business is best built on trust, collaboration, and shared success.
David is also the author of Fool for Thought, a book that blends personal stories and practical lessons for growth—reflecting the same principles that guide Rockwall Capital Group’s work with small businesses.

Alicia C Vega - President, Chief Communications Officer
Alicia C. Vega brings a diverse and accomplished background to Rockwall Capital Group, with experience as a successful entrepreneur, professional model, life coach, and key contributor in both banking and fintech. Her passion for giving back to the community and her natural ability to connect with people make her a driving force behind our mission.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Rhode Island and embodies our people-first culture—infusing every initiative with empathy, creativity, and a commitment to helping others thrive.
Gerardo Monroy - Sales & Marketing, Advisory Council
Gerardo is a multi-national executive with 25 years of P&L, business development, and sales/marketing experience known for turning around businesses in highly competitive environments. He embraces a performance driven approach with a passion for personal and professional growth. As a Mexican national turned American citizen he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Accounting from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Business in Management from Harvard Business School.
Jesse D Wilson - Legal & Operations, Advisory Council
Jesse is an accomplished legal, compliance and regulatory risk professional with expertise in risk identification and mitigation in financial services. Strategically focused to drive long-term business objectives and reduce regulatory risk. Strong leadership and communication skills with emphasis on big-picture impact, excellence and risk-based prioritization. Diverse business and legal leadership experience with thorough understanding of compliance, legal and operational complexities. Proven ability to resolve complex operational and legal compliance issues through cross functional teamwork and collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Butler University and a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Sean Fallon- IT, Strategy & Investment, Advisory Council
Sean is a results-driven executive leader with extensive experience executing strategic business objectives through technical initiatives for a wide variety of mid-size and large-cap organizations. Adept at translating corporate strategic goals into actionable technical business plans. Skilled at communicating new technologies and concepts to cross-functional audiences. Recognized talent developer skilled in building leaders and at motivating teams to peak levels of performance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology and Finance from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Lubar College of Business.
Kristin Curtis - Small Business Entrepreneur, Advisory Council
Kristin is an expert in small business operations with a special emphasis on employee relations in an entrepreneurial environment. She has a long-standing business career with a well-known reputation for building optimal performing organizational cultures by leading high-impact training/coaching, implementing effective performance management tools, and leveraging critical contract negotiation/dispute resolution strategies. Her strength lies in her passion and commitment for helping teams discover developmental opportunities for continued growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
